Our guests benefit from added protection from the leading short let insurance provider in Europe - Truvi (formerly Superhog). Unlike hotels we have no way of checking identity of our guests on arrival, so we will ask you to e-verify your details via their Know Your Guest form. Although all guests named on the booking are covered by Air Cover, but you have an additional option to cover any accidental damage Air Cover claims up to £500 with a non-refundable @ £35 per stay.

★ ACCESSIBILITY: Flat is on a raised ground floor up about 8 steps from the pavement.
There are 9 steps to the mezzanine sleeping area inside the flat.
★ CHECK IN: Standard from 4pm.
Early check in, late checkouts and luggage storage must be requested in Guest Arrival Form no later than 48hrs before check in.
★ Keys available from Keynest shops:
1. For check in BEFORE 22:00 @ Maxwell's, 147 Gloucester Rd, SW7 (also a Nannybag luggage storage).
5 mins walk from the flat / 2 mins from tube.
Opening Hours: 7 days a week 8:00am - 22:00.
2. For PRE-ARRANGED LATE NIGHT check in AFTER 22:00 @ Earl's Court Food & Wine, 216-218, 218 Earls Ct Rd, London SW5 9QB (1 stop from Gloucester Rd) or approx. 15mins walk from the flat / 2 mins from tube.
Opening Hours: 24 hrs / 7 days a week.
TIP: It is really important that you complete your Guest Form with your landing time so we know if we have to set a collection code from 24/7 shop in Earl's Court or the default one at Maxwell's.
Please allow approx. 2-2.5hrs from the landing time to the flat from most London airports.
IMPORTANT: Keys will have to be returned at the end of your stay to the same Keynest you have collected from.
Keys left in the wrong shop or Earl's Court keys left at the flat will have to be taken back by the staff. Drop off charge £20.

★ LUGGAGE DROP OFF: From 11:30am subject to availability. Or use link to luggage store, which will be sent in Welcome Message after booking.
★ STANDARD CHECKOUT - At 11am
★ EARLY CHECKOUT - before 11am, please confirm your departure time in the Guest Arrival Form, as we need to re-arrange housekeeping and / or keys return.
★ LATE CHECK OUTS - Subject to availability and charge after 11am.
★ OVERSTAYS - Unarranged overstays cause havoc with our cleaning schedule. An overstay fee will apply if you do not vacate the property at a pre-agreed checkout time and / or do not return the keys straight after agreed checkout time.
★ LUGGAGE STORAGE ON DEPARTURE - You can leave your luggage up until the cleaner finishes and no later than 13:30 unless other timing arranged with us in Guest Arrival Form.
Please note we cannot allow entry to property once cleaning and disinfection are completed.
Alternatively we recommend Nannybag or Luggage Hero with locations near stations all over
London. We will send you the link to nearest one, once you book.
★ PETS - We welcome pawrents and floofs. However due to the size of the property and allergies other guests may have, we can only allow 1 small to medium size house trained, non-shedding dog per stay. Examples of breeds allowed are: Cockapoo, cavapoo, maltipoo, small poodle, long haired dachshund, etc.
No other animals allowed, like banned dog breeds (Bully XL or similar), cats (due to cat allergies), snakes, anything deemed potentially dangerous that would normally deem a human or other pet as a snack.
If you are travelling with a service dog that is larger or shedding, please understand that we may have to charge extra for cleaning and removal of all pet hair to prevent next guests from getting an allergic reaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Additional notesEXTRA SERVICES PRICE LIST AS OF 01/07/25 - all services have to be booked min 48hrs before check in, so that we have enough time to order supplies. Once you submit the Guest Arrival Form you will receive instructions how to book.
IMPORTANT: As of this Summer 2025 Airbnb wants to make even more money on our extra services on top of 20% service fees they charge us for your stay. When you book additional services via Airbnb Resolution Centre a 20% levy will be added to each price. You will need to select SEND MONEY button, under your reservation, clearly state what you are paying for when prompted and notify us of payment via Airbnb message:

Neighborhood overviewGloucester Road is in the heart of the upmarket cosmopolitan and safe neighbourhood of South Kensington. Postcode SW7. Zone 2.
A short stroll past pretty cafes and bars to Hyde Park (approx. 15-18mins walk) and a shopping mecca of Kensington High Street to one side, and a scenic walk to Natural History, Science and Victoria & Albert Museums (12mins walk) to the other, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring London's cultural and culinary pursuits.
And if shopping is your thing, simply continue on Brompton Road, peppered with high end boutiques to arrive at iconic Harrods at the end.
With close proximity to key transport links it is ideally located for access to London Fashion Week shows, Olympia Exhibition Centre, Chelsea Design Centre and all London airports.

Please note buildings on Gloucester Rd all have raised ground floor, so there are 4-5 steps leading from the pavement to the building's main door.
Inside flat is on the same level as entrance, but inside the flat there are 8 steps leading to the mezzanine sleeping level.
There is a reduced ceiling height over mezzanine - approx. 148cm

Important - Yellow parking suspension boards - if parking please check if the bay has not been suspended. If so there will be a yellow board informing what days and times restrictions apply.
Please observe that continuous dashed lines indicate Residents Permit Holders only bays. Please don't park in those as you may get towed away.
