TIP: It is really important that you complete your Guest Form with your landing time so we can greet you at the property.
Please allow approx. 2-2.5hrs from the landing time to the flat from most London airports.
★ EARLY CHECK IN: Subject to availability and charge at £19 per hr up to 3pm. From 3pm free subject to availability.

★ LUGGAGE DROP OFF: From 11:30am subject to availability. Or use link to luggage store, which will be sent in Welcome Message after booking.
★ STANDARD CHECKOUT - At 11am
★ EARLY CHECKOUT - before 11am, please confirm your departure time in the Guest Arrival Form, as we need to re-arrange housekeeping and / or keys return.
Please advise us as soon as possible if your checkout time changes from that advised in the Guest Form.
★ LATE CHECK OUTS - Subject to availability and charge at £19 per hr after 11am.
Please request at the time of booking in Guest Arrival Form and advise us of any changes
Unarranged late checkout @ £24 p/hr if staff has to wait for more than 15mins.
★ LUGGAGE STORAGE ON DEPARTURE - due to limited space we can only store luggage on arrival. Please request storage via Guest Arrival Form.
Please note we cannot allow entry to property once cleaning and disinfection are completed.
For longer storage we recommend Nannybag or Luggage Hero with locations near stations all over London. We will send you the link to nearest one, once you book.

✔ EXTRA BED & BEDLINEN @£39.00 including a luxury inflatable airbed at the press of a button including a full bedlinen set. Must be requested in Guest Arrival Form min 48hr before arrival. Air bed can be set up in the bedroom or living room.
EXTRA DUVET SET @£29.00 if you just require a separate duvet and duvet cover for the main bed please request in Guest Arrival Form min 48hrs before arrival.
✔ BABY KIT @ £39.00 per stay .
A foldable child crib, complete with mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet. Please bring your own baby linens.
✔ ON DEMAND CLEANING: Other than complimentary mid-stay, you can book it via us. Cleaner charges @ £25 p/hr + VAT and must be booked min 24hrs in advance.
✔ DRY CLEANING: we use I Hate Ironing who collect & deliver within 1 hr slots
★ SMOKING IN THE BUILDING is strictly prohibited.
★ PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING - We can only take responsibility for what happens in our flat. We will do all we can to resolve any issues to do with neighbours or communal areas as soon as possible though.
★ ACCESSIBILITY: The flat is on the 21st floor , there are 2 lifts.
